2021: Ran in four races... Season-best finish of 23rd at the PacWest Championships... Finished 65th at NCAA West Regionals.

NOTRE DAME DE NAMUR:  Ran 2 seasons of cross country at PacWest member Notre Dame de Namur before the school shuttered its athletics program at the end of the 2019-20 year … As a 2019 sophomore finished 23rd out of 74 runners at the PacWest Championship with an 8K career-best of 26:38 on the Craig Park course in Fullerton, Calif., helping lead NDNU to a second-place finish to match its best showing ever at the PacWest Meet … As a 2018 freshman, was the Argonauts’ fifth runner at the PacWest Championships, running a 27:13 on the 8K Woodward Park course in Clovis, Calif., helping guide NDNU to a third-place finish, its best showing at the conference meet in 11 years … On the track, has displayed some interesting versatility, competing in events ranging from the 1500 to the 5000, including the steeplechase, while also trying his hand at the shot put … Owns bests of 4:19.65 (1500), 9:12.49 (3000), 15:52.09 (5000) and 10:02.28 (steeplechase) … In his only PacWest Track & Field Championship Meet appearance, finished 10th in the steeplechase (10:40.40) … Enrolled at Humboldt State after leaving NDNU but did not compete in the cross country nor track & field programs.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Lettered in track & field, cross country, and swimming at Stanwood (Wash.) High, from where he graduated in 2018 … Ran 4 seasons of cross country for Head Coach Jordan Sneva, serving as team captain as a senior … Earned the Coaches Award as a 2016 junior and was named the program’s Most Improved as a 2015 sophomore … As a junior, finished 59th in the 2016 Western Conference Cross Country Championship Meet with a 5K high school career best of 17:12.4 … On the track, posted career bests of 10:11.85 in the 3200 and 4:43.62 in the 1600 as a senior.
