Biography

2021-22: Named Academic All-Pacwest… Saw action in 25 games for the Cougars this season, averaging 17.1 minutes per game… Shot 38% from the floor (41-for-108) and knocked down 26 shots from beyond-the-arc… Tallied 55 total rebounds… In a victory at Biola, knocked down a season-high five three-pointers. 

2020-21 (COVID-abbreviated season): Earned Academic All-PacWest honors...Saw action in four games for the Cougars before ...Was 7-for-8 shooting from the field and posted three shots from the free throw line...Averaged 4.5 points per game while collecting eight assists...In the Cougars home game against Biola, collected a season-high three field goals and two free-throws. 

DARTMOUTH: Spent two seasons in the Ivy League... Redshirted the 2018-19 season with the Big Green...  Saw significant action in '19-20 as a sophomore... Played in 26 games, starting three of them... Averaged 19.5 minutes per game and 5.8 points... Shot 41.3% from the floor... 37% from beyond-the-arc... He scored a season-high 16 points against Penn, as he went 5-for-7 from the floor and 2-for-4 from three, while also finishing a perfect 4-for-4 from the charity stripe... Graduated from Dartmouth with a 3.41 GPA.

WEBER STATE: Spent freshman season at WSU... With the Wildcats, he appeared in 18 games and scored a career-high 22 points against West Coast Baptist.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Issaquah High School through his junior year before transferring to Elite Prep in Seattle prior to his senior season... At Elite Prep, he played for his father, Tayon Ary-Turner... While at Issaquah, he was a First-Team All-Conference selection as both a sophomore and junior, and was a member of three teams that reached the state tournament... By the end of his high school career, he was a heavily sought-after recruit with many offers, eventually choosing Weber State.
