2006: Earned All-GSAC recognition despite missing the final 4 conference games, as well as the first 2 rounds of the NAIA Region II playoffs to injury … Made his return in the Region II championship game, scoring the equalizer on a diving header past All-GSAC goalkeeper William Johnson to set up the Cougars’ 2-1 overtime win over Vanguard … Tied teammate Sven Simon for second in the GSAC in scoring, finishing with 13 goals to go with 5 assists … Was named the 2006 NAIA Tournament Outstanding Offensive Player, scoring both of his tournament goals and assisting another in a 3-1 quarterfinal victory over Northwood (Fla.) … Fired 21 shots at goal in 4 tournament contests … Made Azusa Pacific’s eighth consecutive penalty kick during the shootout victory over Lee (Tenn.) in the Cougars’ tournament opener … Scored or assisted goals in each of the first 6 games to start the season … Scored 2 goals each in back-to-back wins over Oklahoma Baptist and Auburn Montgomery.
2005: Appeared in 21 games and started twice … Provided energy off the bench throughout the campaign and finished fourth on the team with 21 points and 9 goals … Twice tallied a pair of goals in a game … Scored twice in his first game of the season, a 8-0 win over Illinois-Springfield … Had 2 goals in 7-1 win over Judson (Ill.) … Recorded 2 assists in regional playoff win over Menlo … Put 21 of his 28 shots on goal.
POINT LOMA NAZARENE: Appeared in 12 games, all in reserve, as a 2004 freshman for GSAC rival Point Loma Nazarene … Had 1 goal, which came in a 9-0 win over Embry Riddle (Ariz.).
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Esperanza High, where he played 2 seasons of varsity soccer … Had 19 points during his senior season, helping the Aztecs win the CIF Championship … Also was a key contributor his junior season as Esperanza captured the Sunset League title.
PERSONAL: Born Aug. 28, 1986, in Jacksonville, Fla., to Gary and Debbie Lenhart ... Has 2 sisters (Jennifer, Shannon) and 1 brother (Daniel) … His father, Gary, was a 4-year member of the Cougar football team and a lineman on one of the best defenses in school history in 1980 … Enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and playing the guitar.
