Returning letterman ... won all-conference honors last year ... was second in scoring (15.7 avg.) and rebounds (7.9 avg.) in 32 games ... was on eof four regulars to finish with .500-plus field goal percentage (.523) ... had career high s of 29 points and 14 rebounds last year ... had offensive efficiency rating of .481, second on the team ... rated excellent outside shooter for his size but likes the physical game too ... voted most improved freshman in 1981 ... letters in baseball as well ... was drafted in 1980 by the San Diego Padres ... was a key pitcher in helping the Cougars win the NAIA district and area championships the past two years, advancing to the NAIA World Series both times.
