CAREER: Played in 71 games over his 2 seasons at Azusa Pacific which advanced to the NAIA Final Four both seasons . . . Averaged 7.5 points for his career . . . Scored career-high 22 points while coming off the bench vs. Hope International . . . Led all Cougar reserves in scoring during his final season in Azusa.
SOPHOMORE (1999): Was sixth on the team in scoring and has scored in double figures in 12 games . . . Was 11th in the GSAC in 3-point shooting. . .In the Cougars’ season opening win at Christian Heritage, scored 15 points, hitting a quartet of 3-pointers . . . Just 2 games later, scored a career-high 22 in a win over Hope International, tying a career-high with 5 3-pointers . . . Scored a team-high 16 points against CS Los Angeles and had 3 steals . . . Hit 4 treys against Bethany and finished with 13 points . . . Hit 3 treys against Point Loma to give him a team-high 19 points . . . Scored 18 points in 17 minutes against Concordia, hitting a trio of threes . . . Buried 4 threes to finish with 19 points against Fresno Pacific.
FRESHMAN (1998): Appeared in 36 of the Cougars’ 39 games . . . Scored a season-high 17 points against CS Monterey Bay . . . Scored 15 points off the strength on 5-for-6 shooting from the 3-point arc in the Cougars’ first round win over Huston-Tillotson in the NAIA Tourney, . . . Tallied 15 points against CS Dominguez Hills . . . Four times scored 14 points, including at defending NAIA champ Life (GA), where he hit a trio of 3-pointers, and against So. Cal College in the semifinals of the GSAC Postseason Tournament, when he made 3 3-pointers in 10 minutes to enable the Cougars to capture the come from behind win . . . Had 4 steals and 3 assists against CS San Bernardino.
REDSHIRT (1997): Redshirted the 1997 season while attending Azusa Pacific.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played 3 years of varsity basketball at San Dimas (Calif.) High for former Cougar great Gary Prestasater . . . Was a 2-time MVP of the Valle Vista League . . . Named San Gabriel Valley Tribune All-Valley first team . . . Led the Saints to an 81-9 record in his 3 seasons . . . Named All-CIF first-team as a senior after averaging 19 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists . . . Played in the CIF division III finals as a sophomore, and in the semifinals in his last 2 seasons . . . Played 3 years of varsity baseball for Tim Alley.
