Azusa Pacific University Athletics

Mark Borgeson, the second leading scorer on the 1988-89 Azusa Pacific team, will coach in the APU program for the second year. Last year, he was the head coach of the junior varsity team.

Borgeson played one year of professional basketball in Holland during the 1989-90 season. During the summer of 1990, he toured Czechoslovakia with the Canadian Athletes in Action team.

Borgeson graduated from Azusa Pacific in 1989 with a degree in business and is now teaching physical education at Gladstone High School in Azusa..

Borgeson is single and lives in Glendora.
