HIGH SCHOOL: Was a 2-time All-Bay Area and East Bay Athletic League first team pick during his 3-year varsity career at Foothill High in Pleasanton, Calif. … Twice named All-Contra Costa Times … Led the Falcons to a combined 57-17 (.770) 3-year record … Averaged nearly 20 points a game as a 2004 senior while pacing Foothill to a 19-6 record … Also lettered 3 seasons in baseball as both an infielder and outfielder.
