THIS YEAR:  Fifth-year senior Trevin Krall has steadily improved in his time at Azusa Pacific, and has patiently waited for this season in which he may prove to be an every-game starter along the Cougar defensive front … Strong and persistent … Wreaks havoc on opposing QBs, and could emerge as one the team leaders in sacks … Enters the season having played in 25 games in the Cougar system.

2017 (junior):  Appeared in nine games during his 2017 junior campaign, making his first collegiate starts over the final four contests of the season at defensive end … Recorded 13 tackles, including 1.5 for loss … Best showing came against nationally-ranked Central Washington in which made four tackles, including one for loss while assisting on his only QB sack of the season.

2016 (sophomore):  Put together an interesting 2016 sophomore season in which he came off the bench in nine games and still produced five QB sacks, third most on the team … Best effort came against Central Washington in which he tallied three tackles, including 1.5 sacks and two QB hurries in 44-7 Cougar victory.

2015 (freshman): Saw his first collegiate action, coming off the bench in seven games, recording a pair of tackles.

2014 (redshirt): Practiced with the team while attending classes at Azusa Pacific.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-sport athlete at Ventura (Calif.) High ... Lettered three years on the offensive and defensive lines under head coach Tim Garcia, and was a two-time All-Channel League first team pick ... Was team captain for two years ... As a 2013 senior, helped lead the Cougars to an undefeated Channel League title by tallying 39 tackles, seventh best on the team, with eight tackles for loss, which included five QB sacks ... Played varsity basketball for three years as a forward under head coach Dan Larson, averaged 3.1 points and 3.8 rebounds in 25 games as a senior ... Captained the basketball team for one year.

PERSONAL: Born on Sept. 25, 1995, in Ventura Calif. to Amy Krall (teacher) and Bryant Cummins (father) ... Has one brother (Sheldon) ... Majoring in social work ... Was president of Fellowship for Christian Athletes for three years at Ventura High.
