2013 (junior): Started all 12 games at left tackle as a junior... Was one of only three players on the offensive line to start every game... Was named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team as a mathematics student... Part of the best offensive line in the GNAC in sacks allowed... The Cougar offensive line allowed only 12 sacks in 12 games, which was 11 sacks better than Simon Fraser's offensive line from, which ranked second in the GNAC with 23 allowed in just 10 games... The offensive line also helped the Cougars lead the GNAC in rushing offense... The front five paved the way to 2446 yards and 32 touchdowns on 485 rushes... The Cougars led the conference in rushing yards per game with 203.8, rushing touchdowns per game with 2.66, and 5.0 yards per carry, while the conference average for the other teams was 130.7 yards per game, 1.17 touchdowns per game, and 3.5 yards per carry
2012 (sophomore): Appeared in ten games as a reserve tight end... Made one reception, which resulted in a three-yard touchdown.
2011 (freshman): Received playing time in six games... Recorded one tackle.
2010 (redshirt): Attended classes at Azusa Pacific during the 2010 season, practicing with the team but not playing in any games.
High School: Was a three-sport standout at Gladstone High in Covina, Calif. ... Played three seasons of varsity football for head coach Albert Sanchez ... Played both quarterback and defensive end ... As a 2009 senior completed 154-of-280 (.550) passes for a school-record 2,130 yards and 21 TDs against just eight interceptions while leading the Gladiators to a 7-4 record ... Was named the Montview League Offensive MVP and was accorded all-area honorable mention by the San Gabriel Valley Tribune ... Threw for a career-high 322 yards in a CIF playoff-opening loss to Baldwin Park ... Was 18-for-32 for 255 yards and two TDs in a win over La Puente ... Twice has four TD passes in a game ...
