2019 (sophomore): Topped a career high in tackles against Simon Fraser with 5 in a single game… Totaled 17 tackles on the season with 1.5 tackles for loss… Named a GNAC All-Academic honoree.

2018 (freshman):  Played in 11 games on the defensive line... Had first career sack in win against Humboldt State on Sept. 29... Had season-high four tackles and a sack at Colorado Mines Oct. 20

HIGH SCHOOL: Played three years of varsity football for head coaches Wade Okamura (2017) and Cal Lee (2016 and 2015) … As a 2017 senior, helped the Crusaders achieve a 10-0 record, resulting in an ILH-1 league championship title and the HHSAA football championship title … As a 2016 junior, assisted the Crusaders to an 11-1 overall record,  the ILH-1 league championship title, and the HHSAA football championship title … As a 2015 sophomore, helped the Crusaders obtain a 9-2 overall record and an appearance in the HHSAA football championship game.  

PERSONAL: Parents are Marcus and Iwalani Malepeai … Has two brothers (Marcus and Matthew) … Majoring in English.
