HIGH SCHOOL: Played three years of varsity football as an inside linebacker for head coach Tommy Leach at Eleanor Roosevelt (Calif.) High … As a 2017 senior, helped the Mustangs achieve a 6-5 overall record and an appearance in the first round of the CIF playoffs … Recorded 49 total tackles, including 18 solo tackles … Team captain for the Mustangs … Broke Roosevelt High’s Overall Career Tackling Record with 213 tackles … Named All-Big VIII second team … As a 2016 junior, recorded 92 total tackles, including 19 solo tackles … Assisted the Mustangs in obtaining a 10-3 overall record and reaching the CIF Southern Section semi-finals … Named All-Big VIII league first team and All-CIF first team … As a 2015 sophomore, recorded 72 total tackles, including 26 total tackles … Named All-Big VIII league second team.
