2015 (freshman): Appeared in three games for the Cougars on the offensive line.

2014 (redshirt): Practiced with the team while attending classes at Azusa Pacific.

High School: Was a two-sport athlete at Ferris High School... Played baseball for one year on varsity as a right fielder and first baseman and played varsity football for three years as an offensive and defensive lineman... Was coached by Jim Sharkey in both sports... Captained the football team as a senior... Was called up to varsity for playoffs as a freshman and played in two games for the Saxons, who finished the season 14-0 with a state championship... Missed sophomore season with an injury... Started on both offense and defense as a junior... Recorded 33 total tackles and 3.0 sacks and was named to the all-class of 2014 team by Northwest Prep Reports... As a senior, tallied 53 total tackles and 7.0 sacks
