2019 (junior): Named an All-GNAC First Team Defense honoree while appearing in 9 games for the cougars… Led the GNAC in average yards per punt with 39.9 and a conference best 67 yard punt… Finished the season with 1077 yards over 27 punts, with five over 50 yards and eight punts inside the 20-yard line… On kickoffs, Gerardi averaged 59.3 yards per kick and totalled 8 touchbacks.

2017 (freshman): Appeared in seven games as a kicker, averaging 57 yards per kickoff in 32 attempts with three touchbacks

HIGH SCHOOL: Played two seasons of varsity football for head coach David Rodriguez at Oceanside (Calif.) High … As a 2016 senior, helped lead the Pirates to an 8-3 overall record and an appearance in the first round of the CIF San Diego Section playoffs … At wide receiver, recorded 699 total yards on 33 catches for 5 TDs … Defensively, recorded 21 total tackles, including 10 solo tackles … On special teams, kicked for 3,462 yards on 58 kickoffs and 1,371 yards on 36 punts … Named All-CIF second team TE and All-Avocado kicker … As a 2015 junior, recorded 115 yards on seven catches for four TDs … Defensively, recorded 16 total tackles, including 12 solo tackles … On special teams, kicked 3,054 yards on 57 kickoffs and 1,438 yards on 43 punts … In addition to football, competed as a goalkeeper for the Oceanside High soccer team for two years under head coach Frank Zimmerman, as well as competing in track and field for two years … Captained the Pirate football (two years) and soccer (one year) teams.
