THIS YEAR: Junior Donovan Beckom returns to his Southern California roots after spending the past 3 years at NCAA Division II Fort Hays State in Hays, Kan. … A terrific athlete who figures to push for starting duties at cornerback.

FORT HAYS STATE: Played 2 seasons and redshirtted another at Fort Hays State … As a 2025 sophomore appeared in 9 games, starting 2 at cornerback ...Totaled 9 tackles for the season, including 7 solo ... Reached a season-high 2 tackles in a game 3 times...Recorded a pass breakup against Nebraska-Kearney … Redshirted the 2024 season … As a 2023 freshman, played in 1 game against Lincoln (Mo.), returning 1 punt return.
