Biography

2018 (junior):  appeared in four games for the Cougars

2015 (redshirt): Spent the year practicing with the team while attending classes.

High School: Was a two sport athlete competing on the varsity level in football and track & field for two years each... Was a sprinter in track & field, competing in the 100 meters, 200 meters, and 4 x 100 meters... In football was a running back and wide receiver for head coach Randall Okimoto... Captained the team as a senior... As a junior, helped the team earn the Oahu Red - East League title with a 6-0 record... The Governers advanced to the Division I state semifinals... As a senior, took the team back to the state semifinals, where they lost by a field goal to the eventual champions.

Personal: parents are Derrick and Josie Chaffin... Has three brothers, Jathen, Darius, and Josiah, and one sister, Ciara.
