Biography

THIS YEAR:  Grad student Connor Meholovitch is coming home in a sense, home to where his father played college football and back home near his alma mater Glendora High after spending last year at DIII powerhouse Linfield University in McMinnville, Ore. … Is expected to press for starting duties at defensive end and spearhead what could be a strong defense against the run … Brings  physicality and much-needed college experience to a first-year program.

LINFIELD:  Spent the 2025 at Linfield where he appeared in 3 games and tallied a pass deflection … Missed part of the season with a concussion ... Graduated from Linfield with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.

MT SAC:  Played 2 seasons at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif., where in his junior college career he recorded 21 tackles, a fumble recovery, a forced fumble and 1 blocked punt playing along the Mounties’ defensive front … Twice had 4 tackles in a game during his 2024 sophomore season, including vs. San Mateo in the state championship game in which he also had a career-high 1.5 tackles for loss … Blocked a punt and tallied 4 tackles in a 63-3 win over Orange Coast College … Originally committed to Oregon State out of high school where he redshirted the 2022 season for the Beavers before transferring to Mt. SAC.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Was a 2-way player over the parts of 3 varsity seasons for Head Coach Brandon Rohrer at Glendora (Calif.) High … As a 2021 senior, helped lead the Tartans to their first-ever 10-0 regular-season, the Palomares League title, and eventually the quarterfinals of the CIF-Southern Section playoffs … Recorded 61 tackles that season, including 3 QB sacks, while leading a defense that surrendered no more than one TD in 6 different games which included a pair of shutouts … Tallied a career-high 9 tackles, including 2 for loss, in a 17-15 setback to Apple Valley (Calif.) High in the CIF quarterfinal playoffs … Also had 8 tackles in 3 other contests, including against Downey (Calif.) High in the opening round of the playoffs when he also tallied a sack … Saw time as fullback and tight end as well and served as the team’s long-snapper on kicks … Also lettered in track & field (shot, discus) at Glendora … In the 2021 Palomares League championship meet, finished third in the shot put (43’ 7½”) and fourth in the discus (119’ 4”) with personal-best marks.

PERSONAL:  Born Oct. 31, 2003, in Pasadena, Calif. … Parents are Lance Meholovitch and Stacy Nolting … His father played football (linebacker) at Azusa Pacific in 1987 and 1988 … His grandfather, Dick Nolting, played football at Arizona State … Is working on his MBA at Azusa Pacific after graduating from Linfield … Enjoys fishing, hunting, and duck calling.
