2015 (sophomore): appeared in three games...made five tackles on the season...recorded one QB hurry

2014 (freshman): Played in nine games as a freshman... Recorded 11 total tackles, including four solo tackles... Registered 3.0 tackles behind the line of scrimmage.

High School: Played three years of varsity football at nose tackle for Alhambra High School for head coaches Chuck Leonardis and Lou Torres... As a sophomore, led all underclassmen at Alhambra with 49 tackles... Recorded 1.5 sacks, five quarterback hurries, and a blocked punt... In his junior season, helped the Moors reach the CIF Playoffs with a record of 9-3 overall and a 4-1 second place finish in the Almont League... Registered 96 tackles... Had 39.0 tackles for a loss, 5.0 sacks, and 31 hurries... Forced five fumbles and caused three... As a senior, finished third on the team with 77 tackles and also led the Moors with 12.5 sacks.
