Played one season of varsity basketball as a shooting guard for head coach Tom Lewis... In football, lettered as a freshman and made eight receptions for 52 yards on offense that season... Defensively, had 24 total tackles, two passes broken up, and two interceptions that were returned 28 yards, including one that went for a touchdown... As a sophomore, became the Warriors' leading receiver with 44 catches for 593 yards and four touchdowns... Tallied 196 kick return yards and 97 punt return yards... In his four years with the program, the Warriors were a perfect 17-0 in league play and had a combined overall record of 36-11... Took the team to the CIF-SS East Valley Division semifinals as a senior... Was named the team MVP as a junior and senior... As a junior was named to first team all-league... As a senior, was the league's Defensive Player of the Year and a first team all-CIF selection.
