2017: Redshirted the 2017 season and practiced with the team while attending classes at Azusa Pacific University. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons of varsity football for head coach Brad Schwab at Calvary Murrieta Christian (Calif.) High … As a 2016 senior, led the Warriors to a 9-3 overall record and an appearance in the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section playoffs … Completed 135 passes on 207 attempts for 2,354 yards and 25 TDs … On defense, recorded 76 total tackles, including 46 solo tackles … Named South Valley League Offensive MVP and All-CIF first team … As a 2015 junior, helped the Warriors achieve an 11-1 overall record and a 5-0 league record, resulting in a South Valley League championship title and reaching the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section playoffs … Completed 107 passes on 192 attempts for 1,766 yards and 21 TDs … On defense, recorded 67 total tackles, including 48 solo tackles … Named All-CIF first team and All-South Valley League first team … As a 2014 sophomore, helped the Warriors obtain an 8-3 overall record, leading to a South Valley League championship title and an appearance in the first round of the CIF Southern Section playoffs … On defense, recorded 32 total tackles, including 22 solo tackles … Named South Valley League MVP … As a 2013 freshman, appeared in eight games for the Warriors, where he recorded 43 pass completions on 92 attempts for a total of 488 yards and one TD … On the defensive end, recorded 44 total tackles, including 30 solo tackles … In addition to football, participated in baseball (three years) and soccer (three years) at Calvary Murrieta Christian … Named a three-sport scholar athlete for sophomore, junior, and senior years ...  Captained the Warrior football team for two years and the baseball team for one year.
