THIS YEAR: Senior Kelsey Walker returns for her fourth season as a midfielder ... Brings leadership and experience to the Cougar offense ... Is capable of putting goals away from the midfield as well as producing quality scoring chances

2009 (junior):  Appeared in 21 games, starting 6 times for the GSAC champion Cougars … Scored 1 goal in an 8-0 win over Menlo … Had 2 assists on the season, including the game-winner in a 2-1 second round NAIA Tournament victory over Indiana Wesleyan.

2008 (sophomore): Appeared in 18 of the Cougars’ 22 games … Registered 12 shots on the season ... Only assist came in a 5-0 win over Ohio Dominican.

2007 (freshman): As a 2007 freshman saw action in 10 of the Cougars’ 23 games … Had a total of 4 shots on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Starred in soccer for 4 years at Cedar Park Christian High in Bothell, Wash. … Was a 2-time all-state second team pick … Was a 2-time All-Emerald City League first team pick for soccer head coach Terry Ryan, earning league MVP honors as a 2006 senior … Helped lead the Eagles to a pair of unbeaten campaigns as a 2005 junior and a 2003 freshman, including the 2003 state championship … Also lettered in softball.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 26, 1989, in Riverside, Calif. … Parents are Steve (pastor) and Tammi Walker … Has 1 older sister (Whitney) and 1 younger brother (Griffin) … Played in the softball Little League World Series as a child … Enjoys archery, cooking and cleaning in her spare time.
