2026 (Freshman): Yun enters his debut season with the Cougars as a high-upside right-handed arm.

A standout pitcher and first baseman at Maranatha High School in Pasadena under coach Matt Shupper.

• Senior Season (2025): Helped lead the Minutemen to an 18-10-1 record and a perfect 7-0 Olympic League title defense. He posted a 5.53 ERA over 19 innings and was a key contributor during Maranatha's 11-game winning streak.

• Clutch Performer: During the 2024 Boras Classic, Yun delivered a massive two-RBI double in the sixth inning to secure a 3-2 victory over No. 24 ranked La Mirada. In 2025, he tossed three strong innings allowing just one unearned run in a win over Cypress.

• Prep Accolades: Earned CIF All-League honors and was a mainstay on the Olympic League leaderboard. He maintained a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage during his junior campaign.

• Club: Competed for the Matadors and USA Baseball initiatives, earning a USA Bronze Medal with Edgar Garcia's squad.
