Biography
2022-23: Competed in nine meets for Azusa Pacific this season… Earned 13 points for the Cougars at the PCSC Championships in three separate events… Collected six points in the 100 Back with a personal best time of 1:00.64, five points in the 200 Back finals and two points with another personal best time of 2:13.81... These points contributed to the Cougars earning a second place team finish, which is the highest finish in program history.
2021-22: Swam in 10 meets for the Cougars this season… Earned 10 points for Azusa Pacific at the PCSC Championships… Collected five points in the 200 Back with a personal best time of 2:12.91 and 4.5 points in the 100 Back finals with another personal best of 1:00.79... These points contributed to a third place team finish at the Championships, which is the highest finish in program history.
2020-21: Earned points for the team in her first appearance at the PCSC Championships with an 11th-place finish in the 100 backstroke (1:01.33), the top finish among three Cougars who earned points in the event...Also recorded personal bests in the 50-yd (29.38) and 200-yd backstroke (2:13.96) at the Championships.
High School: Graduated from Leland High School in San Jose, CA...Swam on the Varsity swim team for three years under head coach Eric Rise...In her Freshman, Sophomore and Junior seasons, her team won the Blossom Valley League Championships and she finaled in all individual events and relays at the Championships.
Personal: Born October 1, 2002...Daughter of CK and Mindi Wong...Has one brother Brian...Her brother Brian swims at Cal Poly State...Majoring in Nursing with hopes of becoming a registered Nurse...Enjoys playing piano, watching sunsets, listening to music and hanging out with friends.
