2021 MLB DRAFT: Was selected in the 10th round (301 overall) by the St. Louis Cardinals.

2021 (junior): ABCA Gold Glove winner at third base, ABCA All-American second team selection... All-American honorable mention (D2CCA & NCBWA)... D2CCA & ABCA West Region Player of the Year and first team All-West Region selection to all three teams (ABCA, D2CCA, NCBWA)... started at third base in 42 of 43 games...batted .387 with 15 home runs and 52 runs batted in...led the PacWest in all three triple crown categories over the course of 24-game conference season...reached base in the first 33 games of the season and 40 out of 42 games played... In a 15-3 win over Biola (March 20), went 3-for-4 and drove in a season-high five runs... In a 14-0 win over Biola (April 9), went 4-for-4 with a home run and four RBI.

2020 (junior): Appeared and started in 18 games for the Cougars… Led the team in runs scored with 17… Posted a .266 batting average with one home run and 13 RBI… In a contest against Concordia (February 11), tallied three hits including a two-run home run.

2019 (sophomore): Named to All-America first team (ABCA), All-America second team (D2CCA & NCBWA), All-West Region first team (ABCA, D2CCA, & NCBWA), and first team All-PacWest… started and appeared in 55 games… led the team in hits (91), batting average (.396), at-bats (230), and doubles (17)... hit 19 home runs, one triple, walked 18 times, and was hit by a pitch 10 times… In a four-game series against Hawai’i Pacific he went 11-for-16 with nine RBI and two home runs… In a playoff game versus Cal Poly Pomona he had four hits, eight RBI, three home runs, and four runs scored… Played in every single inning of the Cougars season… Opened up the season with a 19 game hit streak… Had 25 multi-hit games… Tied the PacWest single season record for hits with 91.

2018 (freshman): As a true freshman, was named to the All-PacWest first team... started all 52 games at third base… posted a .304 batting average… tied for the team lead in RBI with 49… was second on the team in hits with 63… had the most triples on the team with three… lead the team with 22 multiple hit games… was second on the team in multi-runs-batted-in games with 13… second on the team in two out RBI with 17… also had nine doubles and eight home runs in his freshman campaign… In a 13-0 win over Hawaii Pacific (April 14), went 3-for-5, had four two-out RBI including a three run home run in the second inning… In a 4-0 win over San Francisco State (February 2) went 2-for-3 with two triples.

High School: Graduated from Otay Ranch High School in Chula Vista, Calif... Played three varsity seasons for coach Marco Dickinson... Was a team captain his senior season... Posted a career average of .390 with 10 total home runs and 66 RBI... His junior season he hit .452 and had seven extra base hits... Was named first team all-league in all three seasons.

Personal: Born October 31, 1999 in San Diego, Calif... Son of Humberto and Belinda... Has three brothers Humberto, Adrian and Alex... Adrian played for APU for three seasons before getting drafted by the Houston Astros... Humberto played at Cal Poly Pomona... Alex played at Cochise College for two years... Studying Criminal Justice... Enjoys watching movies and sleeping.
