BUTLER: Played two seasons for the Bulldogs ... Started 86 of the 94 games he played ... As a sophomore batted .294 with 23 RBI and 12 runs scored ... Had four-hit, four-RBI day against Purdue ... During his first seasons with the program hit .257 with his 44 hits being the third best mark on the squad

HIGH SCHOOL: Played two years of varsity basketball... three years of varsity baseball.. throughout his high school athletic career he earned first team All-league once and second team All-league twice. 

PERSONAL: Son of George and Trish Quintero... Born Oct. 7, 1992... Has one older sister Desiree... Majoring in business management... Enjoys playing basketball and spending time with family.
